We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help refine and execute both in-house corporate recruiting as well as contractor-based recruiting for defined consulting service lines. This role is ground floor with significant opportunity to grow with our firm. Knowledge in both technical and financial markets are key to understanding the needs of our clients and the capabilities of our resources.

Leverage your existing network to grow our candidate base and increase our referral base. Initiate candidate contact, interviews, and follow ups. |
| |
|
Leverage recruiting experience to refine, enrich and mentor future recruiters. |
| |
|
Develop a pipeline of solid pre-qualified candidates for Account Managers to proactively present to clients. |
| |
|
Leverage research skills to capture, organize, and share candidate and sourcing information. |
| |
|
Employ a consultative relationship with our client-facing Account Managers and provide regular updates on sourcing strategy and candidate flow. |
| |
|
Assist Account Managers in defining job descriptions for effective candidate recruitment. |
| |
|
Participate in organizing and attending local career fairs and trade shows. |
| |
|
Actively contribute to definition of future recruiting processes and sourcing strategy. |
| |
|
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies; staying aware and informed of market trends. |
| |
|
|
| Qualifications: |
|
3+ years executing both corporate and contractor recruiting. |
| |
|
Solid analytical, communication, written, and verbal/telephone skills. |
| |
|
Experienced utilizing CRM / Candidate Management tools. |
| |
|
Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment; adaptable. |
| |
|
Real understanding of software development lifecycle; working-knowledge of financial concepts, instruments, and markets. |
| |
|
Consistent experience with agency or cold-calling required. |
| |
|
Interpersonal. |
| |
|
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. |
| |
