Mr. Flowers was a senior partner of F-O-R Software, now known as TwoFour Consulting, a professional services company originally based in San Diego, where he led development projects in the brokerage industry. Mr. Flowers has been an integral part of the TwoFour team and has been involved in the design and development of the product since its inception. Before founding F-O-R, Mr. Flowers worked as Senior Technical Project Manager at TransactionWorks, a software development company, where he was responsible for a number of system development projects at major Financial Institutions.
