The three development tracks – Business Analysis, Technical Development and Testing –run in parallel to speed up deployment.
 

  • Business Analysis – During the Business Analysis phase, our Business Consultants translate operational processes and practices into functional system requirements. Where appropriate, our consultants will work closely with your organization to understand your specific business needs in order to design customized functionality.
     
  • Technical Development – TwoFour technology experts design and build the additional functionality identified during Business Analysis. Our consultants use the TwoFour Development Kit to ensure standard and maintainable code, and to improve overall deployment efficiency.
     
  • Testing – TwoFour uses a combination of manual and integrated automated testing. Automated testing is a key feature of the TwoFour product that dramatically reduces implementation and upgrade times / costs, and ensures a high-quality product.
