An AI-driven building permit advisor for the Municipality of Trelleborg
How can a municipality reduce the number of incoming inquiries, shorten processing times, and at the same time improve the quality of building permit applications? Together with the Municipality of Trelleborg, we have developed Kaido (which Trelleborg calls Tryggve) – an AI-driven expert that acts as a digital advisor for building permits.
Challenge
